September Paper Pumpkin Get's Dressed Up For Fall
We haven't had a single trick-or-treater at our house in five years, so I decided to dress my Paper Pumpkin treat boxes up in cozy fall sweaters and use them as table toppers for our big family Thanksgiving dinner. I used scraps and pieces of fall paper from my paper bin, and some designer series paper, beautiful embossed and die cut leaves, wheat and pumpkins made with the new Gather Together suite in the holiday catalogue to embellish them.
The orange foil stripes and polka-dots on the treat boxes goes well with fall colours - and for the darker ones with peacock and green, I will just tuck the top flaps inside the box, add some tissue paper and leave them open-topped.
